How do I purchase a subscription?
In your Azure DevOps organization, open Organization Settings, then go to Extensions → VeoWork Users and Billing. From there, you can choose a plan, select the number of user licenses you need, and complete your purchase.
Which plan is right for my team size?
Free supports up to 5 users, Team supports up to 20 users, and Enterprise is available for teams of 20 or more users.
Which time records are visible on the Free plan?
The Free plan shows time records for the current calendar month and the previous two calendar months. For example, in October, you can view records from August through October.
How does user-based billing work?
You choose and purchase the number of user licenses your organization needs. This purchased quantity determines your bill — not the number of licenses assigned. Each license can be assigned to a user in your Azure DevOps Services organization, and you can assign up to the number you have purchased.
If you need more or fewer licenses, you can change the purchased quantity at any time, with the change taking effect immediately. Adding licenses creates an invoice for the additional amount right away. Removing licenses creates a credit, which may be applied to your next invoice.

Where can I access my invoices?
You can download your invoices at any time from within VeoWork Timesheets.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time before your renewal date from within VeoWork Timesheets or by emailing [email protected].
